Kentucky guard Louie Dampier drove for a layup past Duke center Bob Riedy on March 18, 1966, during the NCAA Final Four in College Park, Md. Dampier's team high-23 points helped lead the Cats over the Blue Devils, 83-79. The next day, Kentucky lost the title game to Texas Western.
