Kincaid Towers in downtown Lexington were under construction in June 1978. The 22-story building was finished in 1979 at a cost of $20 million. For eight years it was the tallest building in Lexington. At right is the Hyatt Regency Hotel. At left is a parking lot that would later become Triangle Park.
