Lucille  Parker Wright, wife of Warren Wright, owners of Calumet Farm in Lexington, emerged from her private plane at Blue Grass Field in November 1946. Published in the Lexington Leader November 30, 1946. Now named Blue Grass Airport, will continue the tradition of hosting the aristocracy of horse racing community this week as the world championship of racing is held at Keeneland this Thursday and Friday.
