Aaron Jordan, 13, of Jessamine County gave his lamb a pep talk on July 26, 1991, before they competed at the fourth annual lamb show sponsored by the Fayette County Lamb Club and the Fayette County 4-H Council at the E.S. Good Barn at the University of Kentucky. His pep talked must have worked, because the lamb placed second in the showmanship competition among the 140 lambs entered.
