A Scott County 4-H Club and Future Farmers of America show on Georgetown’s Hamilton Street, Oct. 11, 1946. Prizes totaling $735 were awarded at the show, which had four ring shows featuring 20 animals. Despite intermittent rain throughout the afternoon, a fair-size crowd attended. The show, sponsored by Scott County businesses, civic organizations and individuals, was judged by Johnnie Frazier, herdsman from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture.
