Kentucky state trooper Gregg Muravchick videotaped the wreckage of Gov. Brereton Jones’ helicopter on Aug. 7, 1992, in Shelby County. The 12-year-old Sikorsky helicopter went down on a steep hillside near Interstate 64 and skidded into a locust tree about 11:20 am.
